E-Commerce Reinvent

A heritage brand that is seeking a reinvent of its e-commerce vehicle

With a pitch to a refresh of the whole Macy’s e-commerce platform/product directly to the new President of the Macy’s Inc, we got a green light from the new appointed Senior Management themselves. With a core team of 4 Designers (including myself), 2 VPs, 2 Directors, 2 PMs, 2 Devs, we ideated, designed, tested the new Macy’s website. There were 10 tests involved with positive feedback. You can see the study below

❋ Pitched & Approved

Modules are sequenced to build competencies progressively, ensuring concepts are retained and applied with confidence.

❋ Proper User Interviews

Creating personas, meeting sectioned-targeted Users & finding ideas & solutions through painpoints, struggles, & “would-be-nice’s.

❋ Thin Team, Agile Methodology

Workbooks, templates, and analytic tools are structured for quick integration into daily workflows.

❋ Constant User-Testing

Finding the true voice of the product, not through our voices, but the voices of the User

This itinerary embodies our expertise, aligning each session with measurable outcomes that optimize engagement, facilitate collaboration, and sustain momentum for continuous improvement.
